Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat and venue of arbitration in Gondia. Payal Jewellers reserves the right to seek injunctive relief from a court to protect its intellectual property rights or preserve the status quo pending arbitration. For disputes related to orders outside India, international arbitration rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 will apply, with the seat and venue in Gondia.

Amendment:-
